OLR Derby Moldova 2025 Regulations<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1<\/strong> - Each delivered pigeon must be paid for in the amount of 100 (Euro) and must have an ownership card, which must be handed over to the Organizer on the day of delivery. <\/span>porumbeilor.<\/span><\/p>\n

2<\/strong> - Each participant can enter an unlimited number of pigeons. Along with the delivered pigeons, the Derby Moldova OLR registration form must be completed and attached by the Participant, containing all necessary data for the correct registration of the delivered birds.<\/span><\/p>\n

3<\/strong> - Delivered pigeons should be able to eat and drink on their own and be around 30-40 days old.<\/span><\/p>\n

4<\/strong> - Vaccination against paramyxovirus is recommended at least 14 days before shipment (if unvaccinated, please notify on-site or indicate this on the form)<\/span><\/p>\n

5<\/strong> - Pigeons must have FCI or club rings from 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

6<\/strong> - The Organizer sets the pigeon reception period between 01.03.2025 - 31.05.2025 or until the loft is full. This can happen at any time if the total number of pigeons, i.e., 1400, is reached. The Organizer's priority is to gather the planned number of pigeons as soon as possible and start working with them, allowing for an earlier start of training flights and competitions. Completing the registration form does not guarantee participation. Anyone interested, after prior phone contact with the Organizer to confirm availability, can deliver pigeons on the set date without having to express participation in advance via the website. The number of delivered pigeons, i.e., max. 1400, will be the decisive factor in closing the recruitment for the Derby Moldova OLR 2025 racing season.<\/span><\/p>\n

7<\/strong> - The delivery of pigeons is the responsibility of the Participant. The Organizer does not require personal delivery. The Organizer will try to arrange transportation through designated collection points or with the help of Agents representing OLR Derby Moldova or other cooperating individuals.<\/span><\/p>\n

8<\/strong> - When delivering pigeons, please attach a payment confirmation to the bank account number \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.. (the account number will be provided on the Organizer\u2019s website) or pay in cash on-site.<\/span><\/p>\n

9<\/strong> - Each pigeon sent\/delivered to compete in the Derby Moldova One Loft Race must be paid for no later than July 1st.<\/span><\/p>\n

10<\/strong> - All unpaid pigeons become the property of the Organizer and will be made available for activation by third parties at a specified date before HOT SPOT 1.<\/span><\/p>\n

11<\/strong> - If 50 awarded pigeons do not return from the final, the prize fund will be transferred to the next edition of the OLR Derby Moldova competition.<\/span><\/p>\n

12<\/strong> - After the final flight, excluding the 5 Ace pigeons and the top 10 pigeons from the final, the Organizer proposes an additional activation race. The Organizer will arrange a flight from approximately 550-600 km. 80% of the funds from the activation of the pigeons participating in this competition will be allocated to prizes. The first 10-20 pigeons in this race will be awarded (prizes will be announced only after activation). The Organizer will provide more details about this flight after the final.<\/span><\/p>\n

13<\/strong> - Derby Moldova One Loft Race Organizer\u2019s Commitments<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Take care of the pigeons\u2019 health by vaccinating all participants against paramyxovirus and pox.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Intensive training \u2013 flights around the loft and the use of quality transport during flights, aiming to choose the best location and weather conditions for optimal pigeon racing.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Before each competition flight, an online basketing will take place, where Derby Moldova participants will also be invited to attend.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

14<\/strong> - FLIGHTS AND TRAININGS \u2013 Derby Moldova One Loft Race<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Any number of training sessions before the competition flights (approx. 6-10) at distances up to 90 km \u2013 ultimately depending on the needs and discretion of the Organizer and the condition and training level of the pigeons.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>5 competition flights, a semi-final, and a final:<\/span><\/p>\n

Hot Spot 1 \u2013 approx. 120 km (location to be announced later) <\/span><\/p>\n

Hot Spot 2 \u2013 approx. 140 km (location to be announced later)<\/span><\/p>\n

Hot Spot 3 \u2013 approx. 180 km (location to be announced later)<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a>Hot Spot 4 \u2013 approx. 220 km (location to be announced later)<\/span><\/p>\n

Hot Spot 5 \u2013 approx. 300 km (location to be announced later)<\/span><\/p>\n

Semi-final - 350 km (location to be announced later) <\/a>( loca\u021bia va fi anun\u021bat\u0103 mai t\u00e2rziu) <\/span><\/p>\n

Final \u2013 Bulgaria 500 km!! (location to be announced later)<\/span> ( loca\u021bia va fi anun\u021bat\u0103 mai t\u00e2rziu ) <\/span><\/p>\n

15<\/strong> - The Ace Pigeon Ranking will be calculated from the 300 km + 350 km + 500 km (Overall) races. <\/span><\/p>\n

16<\/strong> \u00a0- The Organizer will use the BENZING system along with the online platform oneloftrace.live for tracking the pigeons' arrivals and the Derby Moldova OLR competition progress.<\/span><\/p>\n

17<\/strong> - The Organizer has the right to withdraw from the race pigeons that are in poor condition or those that returned one or two days before the race and need rest. The full pedigrees of these pigeons will be provided in the Benzing Live system.<\/span><\/p>\n

18<\/strong> - The Organizer reserves the right to change the date, launch location, or cancel any planned flights due to unfavorable weather conditions that could prevent a successful race or endanger the health and well-being of the pigeons.<\/span><\/p>\n

19<\/strong> - During the season, between competition flights, the Organizer reserves the right\u2014and at the same time informs all Participants in the Derby Moldova OLR 2025 competition\u2014that additional training flights may be conducted as needed, at the Organizer\u2019s discretion, without requiring the birds to be clocked through the antenna for such training.<\/span><\/p>\n

AUCTIONS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

20<\/strong> - After the completion of the races, all pigeons from the final flight will be auctioned on Sportcolumbofil.ro from Romania. The auction revenues will be reduced by auction costs, commission, photography, and portal fees, then split proportionally at a 50:50 ratio.<\/span><\/p>\n

21<\/strong> - Pigeons without ownership cards and pedigrees become the property of Derby Moldova OLR, and the original Owner has no right to claim prize money or auction earnings if they failed to deliver them within the timeframe set by the Organizer and did not meet the OLR Derby Moldova regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n
